Smoking to Electronic Cigarettes
I have been a smoker since the ages of 15, so many cigarettes smoked in my life and I have tried everything to stop. I always knew it was bad for me but as addiction goes it is something we never think about because the addiction takes over us. I have tried patches, gum and lozenges. The lozenges are the worst invention ever they are so big it’s like sucking on a jaw breaker that tastes of nicotine. The quit rate of nrt products is very low and I know why…they do not simulate smoking. We smoke because we like it this is plain and simple…. I tried and tried to give it up because of the health risks but I could never get there. There have been so many years of beating myself up for not stopping smoking. It really got me down knowing what could happen if I didn’t stop.
